AI Baselining
In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn about the basic technologies of AI and what requirements must be met to utilize them. We’ll take a deep dive into the impact of AI on the way you work. This is how we can ensure that you not only understand the technology, but you also know how it can impact your daily work processes.
Workshop duration 4 hours
- AI in a nutshell – What are the different types of AI, and what can they be used for? What impact does it have on companies and the world of work?
- AI strategy – guidelines, best practices, and typical stumbling blocks in AI implementation
- AI regulation, security, and compliance
- Responsible AI
From knowledge to ideas
This workshop ideally takes place 1–2 weeks after the first “AI Baselining”. Ideas developed there are checked and evaluated again. The goal is to identify a concrete AI use case for your company at the end of the day.
Workshop duration 4 hours
- Review and collection of ideas
- Discussion of tested use case examples
- Idea evaluation and prioritization
- Development of customized AI use cases
- Definition of a common roadmap
From idea to MVP
Over the course of a short project phase (30–60 days), we implement the selected AI use case as a minimal product. If the idea is convincing, the project can be implemented in the next phase as a stable and mature productive system (project duration of 100 days or longer).
